About Edward
Edward is an Integrator in the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, the role responsible for running the business day-to-day: managing the team, driving accountability, resolving issues, and making sure the Visionary's direction gets executed. As the Managing Broker of Airus Realty for 15 years, Edward has built and run the financial and operational systems a brokerage needs to stay profitable. Commission structures, deal-level P&Ls, cash flow timing, agent accountability. He didn't learn this in a classroom.
At Airus Advisory, Edward is the one who takes Brad's strategic vision and turns it into functioning systems. He leads financial strategy and operations for client engagements, combining financial modeling, KPI design, and forecasting with the operational processes that turn data into decisions. His approach is shaped by years of running a business where the numbers actually have to work, not just look good on a slide.
Clients rely on Edward to be the person who makes things happen. He designs the reporting, builds the dashboards, sets up the meeting cadences, and holds the team accountable. He understands what it feels like to manage payroll, forecast revenue, and make hiring decisions with imperfect data, because he does it in his own businesses every week.

How Edward Works With Clients
Edward believes that vision without execution is just a dream. His job is to make sure it's not. As the Integrator, he takes what Brad sees and builds the systems, processes, and accountability structures that make it real. The best financial advisors are the ones who have actually managed a P&L. He brings the perspective of someone who runs businesses alongside his clients, not above them.
