Our leadership runs on the EOS Visionary/Integrator model. CEO Brad Strawbridge is the Visionary: he founded Capital City Roofing, designed the Capital City Licensing Model, and built BuilderLync. He sets strategic direction, identifies opportunities, and works with business owners on the big questions. COO Edward Oueilhe is the Integrator: he serves as Managing Broker at Airus Realty, runs the day-to-day execution, and builds the financial and operational systems that turn strategy into results. That same Visionary/Integrator dynamic is what we bring to client engagements.
We run on EOS and bring that same structure to clients who need it. Our team includes experienced fractional CFOs, COOs, accountants, and analysts who work together to deliver a complete picture of your business and a clear path forward.
